I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer PSA 29.1 which had metastatised to lymph nodes, ribs & spine after a few months on Abiraterone and Prednisone my PSA count dropped to 0.06

After 30 months my PSA started to rise at 10.2 my treatment was declared ineffective

Lutetium 177 treatment was recommended but medical aid did not authorised it

I'm currently on Caloxa 50mg one a day for the past 3 weeks, I'm due for a blood test 5th May

Fatigue and tiredness are the worst side effects I'm experiencing
