Can anyone give me an idea what is going on?

No UTI, No Urinary Infections I was tested

Suddenly having Urinary Leakage just walking around,

then I have to push / strain, to urinate.

I had a Radical Prostatectomy in 03/2023

leakage resolved.

I didn’t have radiation as much as I was waiting to do so on prostate bed tumor growing, medical oncologist kept wanting me to wait.

but this started two weeks ago, with PSA rising

now I’m urinated constantly

Any one can tell me what possible is going on?

Weak pelvic floor muscles. Start doing pelvic floor exercises.

I have and kegels, this is new as I stopped leakage

Just speculating, but maybe you are experiencing delayed nerve damage from the prostatectomy? Have you asked your urologist or MO about this?

Yes He referrrd me to urologist specifically for voiding dysfunction
