Hi everyone, my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer in 2023. He commenced on Triplett therapy - Zoladex, Darolutamide & Docetaxel chemo. His PSA has started to rise measuring 0.9 in January, 1.6 in February & 2.1 in March. We saw the MO yesterday and she recommended we see her again in 1 month. Please advise. Thank you

They will probably order a PET/CT to see if there is progression of metastases.
I recommend a genetic test to see if that indicates which drugs to use. The progression is too rapid. Next medication would be a chemo with Cabazitaxel.
He needs a PSMA scan to locate the source.
