Diagnosed seven years ago with metastatic prostate cancer (PSA 1,666). Got down to 0.9 with hormone (eligard) shots.
PSA increased, even with eligard.
Recently completed my fourth of five Pluvicto infusion treatments (last due in one week).
Currently, my PSA is at 5,125.
Looking for similar experiences and/or suggestions or knowledge of any clinical trials.
I would ask for a psa retest, my psa was 25.3 then 2months later jumped up to 253 now it's back down to 45 still up from 25. Not sure what to make of it hopefully your numbers will come down next test.

Are you experiencing any effects with PSA so high? Did you have any virus, such as shingles recently?
I am wonder why your doctor didn’t incorporate Xtandi two tables 40mg every day. Ask your doctor about Xtandi. Elidarg is not enough to maintain PSA low. Please tell u more about you: age, Stage of your PC and do you have still prostate. I am been treated by an Oncologist/Hematologist, I Avoided to be treated by and Urologist or/and Radiologist. That chain of treatment is: Oncologist/Hematologist, Urologist if a decision of remove prostate or urinary infections or kidney problems and Radiologist If you Oncologist/Hematologist order radiation treatment. By the way PSA of 5616 is high but one is over 100 doesn’t matter, so not be alarmed. Be aware I not not a doctor, I am a patience, that read a about it. I placed the Lord in first place and relax.
