Undetectable PSA is back

Maybe I can ask for your advice? You find my full bio in my profile. Yesterdays blood test shows PSA < 0.05 and Testosterone 0.03. I restarted Lupron end of January, so it’s now six months. Would you recommend a total of 12, 18 or 24 months before the next holiday or continue „forever“? Comment: side effects are currently low, I‘m on WFPBD and exercise daily (running, gym, weight lifting). Many thx and have a great day.

My dr recommended 30 months to my vacation. Second time 1 year. Just started vacation # 2. Are you on Zytega too?

In the INNOVATE trial, they are using ADT for 24 months. After that, it's over, never again, hopefully:

Many thx TA. I‘m on Lupron only, postponed Apalutamide. Would you recommend adding it now or waiting. I‘m not sure as Apalutamide seems to have a lot of side effects, especially regarding cardiovascular.

The thing about uncommon side effects, like CV, is that you won't know until you try the drug. You can always stop taking it if you experience an untoward side effect.

If it's still working, continue, no vacations.

Thank you Magnus. Better no vacation at all or only better later?
