It's Back!

This post should be good for newbies also. This should show you guys how long you can go!Anyways, 13 years ago I was diagnosed with PCA Gleason 7 PSA 44. With spread outside of prostate. Did 39 treatments off radiation and have been mostly on ADT for the duration except during COVID I took a break of 18 months or so.

Went metastatic about 3 1/2 to 4 years ago and started Xtandi.

Now I have PCA back in my prostate on both sides but pretty small. 19 score on one side and 14 on the other per PSMA Scan.

Luckily, the bone mets in my collar bone are gone. With no involvement anywhere else!

Options mentioned to me by my oncologist and urologist was possibly cryotherapy or Hifu. But urologist says most are miserable after those treatments and he hasn't heard of those two mentioned in quite awhile.

Lastly, pharmacist at Xtandi said I could stop Xtandi and restart in 4 months. Might reset things. Makes sense to me . Anybody have any other ideas?
