Have you or do you use gummies to help manage cancer pain?

Do you use THC, or CBD, or blended?

How much do you take in 1 dose?

How often per day do you dose?

How effective has it been?

Do you use it instead of opiates or as an add on?

Any side effects to be aware of?

Thanks in advance!

I use it to sleep and occasionally recreationally. Didn't have success with pain relief from THC. I did however get pain relief pretty quickly using Psilocybin

Not for pain (don’t have any ) more for mental well being. High THC above 30% Indica does the trick. Try 10-20mg Thc/cbd gummies. Good luck

in very recent times a new series of hemp derived cannabinoids , in gummy form, have emerged and, locally at least, are more popular than marijuana. They are the delta-8 cannabinoids available ( some more popular ones ) as Delta-8, ThcV, delta-9, HHC cannabinoids, and several combos such as : delta-8+delta-9+thcV, and others.

Hemp derivative cannabinoids are legal federally ( so mail order Ok ), and legal in most states at this time. Check locally before buying. They are usually purchased from neighborhood CBD stores and by mail. They are a little less expensive via mail.

Delta-8 is more powerful than marijuana or the same as… a 25 mg delta-8 gummy = to a common 1 gm spiff. Delta-8 gummies are WAY less expensive than marijuana. Delta derivatives can be / are very powerful and will stone you heavily. That being the case , quarter or half gummy micro dose are best for low level medication without being stoned to the bone. Everyone I know that eats these ( about 11 people that eat them voraciously) , including myself and my wife, agree that the HHC gummies and delta-8 gummies actually do provide a hefty level of pain mgt. ( hhc better with less stoned but are so popular , they are had to get ) it doesn’t block the pain so you don’t feel it, it kinda puts up a transparent pain blocking wall , and tho you know the pain is present, it doesn’t hurt you. It’s amazing in that respect.

It’s claimed by many that microdosing delta-8 or thcV several times a day is “ way better “ than Xanax without being heavily stoned. Imho , it’s excellent for that, especially thcV.

When the pain blocking is effect is working its best , you have a hefty “ stone “ happening at the same time.

Side effects: Locally, we call Delta-8 gummies, especially in half a gummie, we call the “ laugh factory “ describing the ( near hysterical, sometimes ) laughter it produces. Laughing too hard, for too long, isn’t necessarily a good thing. Eating the 50mg size delta-8s gummies , whole ( instead of halves or quarters) is NOT recommended for beginners . Pink Floyd “ the wall “ recommended if you do .

It’s legal, doesn’t cost all that much and is easily available for most in the USA.

Disclaimer: all this imho, and imho of my friends, as always , talk over eating delta-8 gummies with your medical care team, same as you would with marijuana use.

You can Google all those cannabinoids: hhc, thcV delta-8 etc.

Just say’in.

❤️❤️❤️

I’ve used THC and CBD gummies for managing pain before and found them helpful. I mostly used a blended product and started with a low dose, like 5-10 mg of THC and 10-20 mg of CBD per gummy. I took one or two gummies a few times a day, depending on how the pain was feeling. For me, they worked well alongside my other pain management options. I also tried a exhalewell.com/thc-vapes/ to see how it compared, and it offered some relief too. Side effects were minimal for me—just a bit of drowsiness at times. It’s a good idea to start slow and see how your body reacts.
