Hi, have updated my profile to reflect recent changes. A gradual increase in PSA (1.2) with the prospect of changes to treatment if it continues at the current rate and gets near to 4.
The oncologist is suggesting probably chemo but I would like to know more about other options before that discussion so that I am prepared. Any suggestions would be most welcome so that I am as well informed as possible.
Many thanks.

This was 60 mg/m2 every 3 weeks for 10 weeks. It reduced incidence of febrile neutropenia to zero, while other adverse events were reduced markedly. At the same time, progression-free survival was prolonged by the combination.
I am under the NHS too and have a similar bio to yours. The only option the NHS had to offer after Xtandi failed was docetaxel and I believe the only remaining treatment on offer after that is cabizataxel.
