Today started off with me responding to your posts while on the thinking man’s royal chair. TMI but moments later went into deep esophageal spasms right at my sternum, it hurt all the way to my ears, I was crying. Honey, where’s the Tums? Must have had a Lupron moment as we couldn’t find them in the cabinet, ready to go to ER it hurt so bad. Oh gosh, this kind of pain I could not wish on my worst enemy. Finally found them , an hour later it subsided. Thinking it would be easy to call it quits if anyone had that type of pain for a day or so. No happy pill this time though .
Anyway I finally found the resolve to do some exercise bands with not so much motivation, to ride my bike a half hour for the first time in 18 months and to take a stab at all the junk in the garage to park the bike I dug out. Ending at 9:30 pm. And I somehow managed to eke out 14000 steps most in three months
One once said “You don’t know the difference between a good day and a bad day until all the days are in. Mmh I don’t know what to call this one! It wasn’t pleasant but I managed to press forward. It’s not where you start , it’s where u finish!
BTW they scoped front end and back end a few moths ago, all good.
Best to you, be Tuff. keep pressing forward and may your days not start like this one!
one thing I failed to mention that you may not appreciate if you are not a believer. Not a day goes by that I fail to say God., thank you for giving me another day. Faith can make a difference in your life to help you through your most difficult and painful challenges.
