Are there any markers which show if Immunotherapy is likely to work?

Thank you

The only immunotherapy that has been found to work is Provenge. There are very rare genomics that indicate Keytruda will work.

My tissue and blood was sent away by my original doctor / surgeon to a company called Tempus. They wrote a very detailed and technical report. Found no inherited defects, and the mutations I have do not currently have any known genomic based medications to address. I know there are other providers who also do this. I believe this is how you would proceed to find out. My current MO told me that sending my tissue out was premature, as they typically go with standard of care treatments until they fail, then look at other methods such as immunotherapy.
