Extra Mammary Paget's Disease.

Hi,In August 2019, had RRP, G4+3. Soon after diagnosed with PTSD and still struggling. Still some leaking. The prostate cancer was missed and it took 11 years to get the diagnosis. PSA rising since, now 6. Due to Ulcerative Colitis, unable to have radiotherapy, so now it's incurable.

In March 2023, diagnosed with this new cancer. The frequent leaking was assumed to be the cause of the rash around the scrotum.

Please be aware of this rash which is often mistaken for eczema and often is missed.

I'm now waiting for plastic surgery to excise it from the leg and scrotum and I'm absolutely terrified!

Has anyone else had this vary rare cancer?

You might want to try rewriting your question with a clearer less cryptic history. I think then you might get more responses.I think you are assuming that others understand your situation and context as well as you do and are able to fill in the missing connections.
