A nyone out there using cannabis and fentanyl in combination for pain relief? I can't seem to find much literature saying if it is safe or not,,

It’s always best to run changes like mixing fentanyl with powerful hemp gummies … run this past your medical care team , first.

The new lines of hemp derived products ( marijuana is illegal federally , hemp is legal federally and legal 49 states with Montana being the exception at this point in time. ) The new thc delta-8 derivative gummies are extremely powerful , and contain pain relieving thc-P akaloids. Mixing them together , untested ( together at the same time ) could be seriously dangerous. If you’ve used newly developed thc-P , you exactly what I’m saying. Getting a medical perspective is always wise. Also starting off small and sizing up for effectiveness is important. Everyone’s body chemistry is different. You never know what could happen sometimes.

Just say’in brother

Downtown needs a lot of help, not safe at night at night, getting to be the same in the daytime. No one wants to address the elephant in the room , that's young gangs that 5 years ago were a minor issue that now hvae grown into a major problem

I am the medical Director for a inpatient Pain management and addiction service for Medical Center. Let me be foolishly bold without knowing the specifics of your medical condition. THC try it. Fentanyl patches, avoid if possible, and then go low and slow. All Opioid's work, while at the start, then they knock off receptors in the brain, and that's when the trouble starts. If your doses start to increase just to get the same relief, this usually is due to loss of these receptors.

Thanks for your response. I've been on the 25mcg for a little over 2 weeks and using Percocet for any breaththrough pain prn. My concern was with cannabis and fentanyl was the potential for respiratory depression, Cannabis is not legal in my state and don't want to run in to all that mess should something adverse occur
