What is HMB?
Suzette Pereira, PhD, an Abbott researcher specializing in muscle health, explains that HMB stands for beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, and as scientific as that sounds, its purpose is easier to understand when you realize it’s been part of your diet for a long time.
HMB is naturally produced in small amounts when your body breaks down leucine, an essential amino acid that you can get through eating protein foods including milk and Greek yogurt, soybeans, beef and chicken. It can also naturally be found in very small amounts in foods like avocado, grapefruit, cauliflower and catfish. But it’s difficult to get amounts found to support muscle health just by diet alone and is often found in nutrition supplements.
HMB isn’t new — it’s been studied for more than 25 years.

I bought a bottle of 1000 mg capsules. I took one per day for almost a month. Then I found that I was getting itchy nodules (small red) on the arms, thighs and stomach. Anti allergy drugs did not help but stopping HMB brought things to normal in a week. Now I am wondering shall I try a half does i.e. one every 2 days or just skip it?
I hope you didn't think I was endorsing this crap.... I was just detailing the ingredients.
DO NOT CONTINUE PUTTING THIS SHIT IN YOUR BODY....

Ha, ha not at all. Just thought I will experiment as I am having difficulty building muscle. If I exercise as much as I have read you need to for developing muscle under ADT then I would be doing nothing else!!
Make sure you work out every other day,,,,, lets your muscles grow....

Curious; why do you consider this crap, and say DO NOT CONTINUE PUTTING THIS SHIT IN YOUR BODY; can you cite any negative medical sources, or might this only be your personal opinion?
Thank You
Because it's my unlearned hypothesis that 900,312,611% of all the posts that I perused in all these years which support these so called "supplements" come under the technical term "Kaka"...
