Looking for some help with options presented by my MO. Below are my latest PSA results

PSA TOTAL. 0.77. 07/10/2023

PSA TOTAL 0.67. 06/20/2023

PSA TOTAL 0.17. 03/21/2023

PSA TOTAL. 0.38. 12/20/2022

PSA TOTAL. 0.67. 11/15/2022

PSA TOTAL. 0.64. 10/25/2022

Been on Lupron since 4/2020, Xtandi was added in 11/2022 due rising PSA PSA rising after about 6 months With current rise MO has laid out the following, clinical trial with Chemo and immunotherapy or Pluvicto.

Been on this site since 2020. Not posted much but gained knowledge from you all! Any dialogue would be helpful!

Relax, your PSA is bouncing around at less than 1 point. Stay the course and ride it as long as you can.

Wait for radiologic evidence that Xtandi is no longer working, or PSA of at least 2.0 or rapid doubling time.

Based on the plan laid out by your MO, Pluvicto / Lu-177 psma therapy is one of the safest option among them.
