Some one asked this previously but there was no definitive answer. Now that Pluvicto is becoming more common others may have gotten an opinion from experienced providers. My husband finally got his first Pluvicto last week and I put his Xgeva on hold just in case. I will ask in Thursday upcoming telehealth visit but would appreciate info from the smart people here.
Thoughts? Thanks.

With Xofigo it is100% that you need bone medication. Professor Joshua explained that for Xofigo. I don't know for Pluvicto, but I will ask them what they think here in Sydney about having a bone medication parallel with Pluvicto.
Agree. Best not to stop the Xgeva. I had Lu-PSMA last month and not advised to discontinue it. It can be problematic to stop. Bone loss can rebound quickly when stopping it. Good luck to you both.
