Hey y'all, here's to all of us Survivors 💙AIS Adventist Health hosted a lil gathering to fete Survivors.

Lol, they asked me to speak😬

In previous years, I woulda been so nervous that I'd chug a beer before.🍺

But now I guess that the retelling of the #stageIVpca saga has been etched in my memory like a movie Screenplay 😊

The AIS staff lady MC said "this gentleman had a social media frenzy going online with his dancing 🤣

The talk went great, I just summarized 8 yrs down to 5 Minutes

A really young lady with breast cancer spoke afterwards

Of course, I found a hiking area to walk around. This was like the San Antonio Riverwalk cept no restaurants or gondolas 😂

Oh btw, was leaving Walmart up here and a lady walks in looks at me and says "you're the guy dancing in that video" LoL

We chatted a bit, of course.

One cautionary note, saw the shirt you were in. You might want to get that flatulence problem looked at. Not sure that sparkles and gas fumes are a safe combo

Awww, Mahalo for that, I'm making the Best outta this PCa BS and if I can uplift, inspire, enliven someone, then having PCa has been sorta worth it😁

My life has been enhanced by meeting so many like here virtually on HU, in person at Kaiser, AIS, and Long Beach

There are plans in the works for me to meet up with a few HU members this Summer and ya know Imma post pix LoL
