I have been taking tamsulosin for about 18 years. It seems to cure my flow rate problem, which has never been all that good, but I get a `stuffed up nose` and have to miss a dose now and then.

No. Orthostatic hypotension disappears after a couple of days - your body adapts quickly. Retrograde ejaculation can't occur when there is no ejaculation because of the radiation.

Sorry. I am more fortunate. I have BPH. No malignant changes. Under surveillance. So I can ejaculate.
I have been on Flomax since April 2003, twice a day. Solves my problem. Without, flow rate is decreased. Stuffy nose? I have had all my life.i see no correlation.
