About my CT examintion

Hello Good people

After the removal of 1.6cm tissue(cancer) from the right of my kidney.

The Dr. decided after 6 months to make CT scan and the result which i got it yesterday .

I had obviously nothing on the right kidney and every thing in the pelvis too clear even the thorax is ok.

continuation of CT scan until 5 years period.

I think if there are microscopic cancer cells on the kidney ,the question how can i find if the cancer

is crowing, is there a method to discover it in time.

please read the following:

DT thorax 13-9-2022 and Dt abdomen 13-4-2021 for comparison.

Thorax: unchanged 2 micronodules in the right upper lobe. nothing new. No lymphadenopathy. No pleural fluid. No pericardial effusion.

Abdomen: Status post-op partial renal resection laterally in the lower part of the right kidney. No obvious recurrence suspected. Today's us is the first postoperative examination. Nothing new or metastasis suspected in the parenchymatous organs of the abdomen. No lymphadenopathy. No free fluid. Left-sided inguinal hernia containing colon loop without signs of passage obstruction.

Skeleton : No destructions.

Is this a primary kidney cancer (RCC) or metastatic PC?

Hi

Its not a Metastatic PC ,they discovered it when i did PSMA PET CT.
