Have ATM gene and castrate resistant. Stage 4b lymph nodes spread. Anyone have any luck with any clinical trials for ATM gene? Have already had chemo and failed Zytiga.

Although Lynparza (olaparib) is indicated for ATM+, it actually has little effect.

There is a BAT trial at the VA:

clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show...

And this trial has an ATR inhibitor in addition to a PARP inhibitor:
