My M testosterone's level is average of common man but M testosterone is a just the food to the PCa. I think because of M testosterone, the PSA levels are not decrease but increase.

So if we apply the Estrogen cream on the parts of body, the testosterone level may go down?

Am awaiting the answer.

Dear E2 guy

Thank you very much for your very prompt reply.

God bless you.

May I ask when did you start applying the estradiol(E2) as an alternative ADT.

Did you start applying Estradiol since June 2017 years?

Please answer.

Of course, I knew that oral estrogen has a side effect like blood clotting, heart, etc. but trans-dermal form has not any problems.

Congratulations that you are fine with applying Estradiol on the body.

Also please let me know the dosages.

Thank you again,

Your PSA levels are minimal. It is far too late to undertake adjuvant hormonal therapy now. If your PSA goes up above 0.5 ng/ml, you can get a PSMA PET scan to determine if you have distant metastases. Until then, there is no reason to use estrogen or any other form of androgen deprivation therapy.

Dear Tall Allen

Thank you very much for remembering me.

Yes. fully agree but I have to prepare the next treatment schedule. Always preparing is better than any others. I think the estrogen cream has not cause any resistance problems current ADT drugs have. How do you think? My thinking is right? It would be highly appreciated if you could advice on this matter.

No, your thinking is very wrong. Stay in the present moment and deal with things as they are now.
