My M testosterone's level is average of common man but M testosterone is a just the food to the PCa. I think because of M testosterone, the PSA levels are not decrease but increase.
So if we apply the Estrogen cream on the parts of body, the testosterone level may go down?
Am awaiting the answer.

Your PSA levels are minimal. It is far too late to undertake adjuvant hormonal therapy now. If your PSA goes up above 0.5 ng/ml, you can get a PSMA PET scan to determine if you have distant metastases. Until then, there is no reason to use estrogen or any other form of androgen deprivation therapy.
Yes. fully agree but I have to prepare the next treatment schedule. Always preparing is better than any others. I think the estrogen cream has not cause any resistance problems current ADT drugs have. How do you think? My thinking is right? It would be highly appreciated if you could advice on this matter.
