What everyone else said and also, don't assume you're going to suffer. Some of us are doing pretty well. Chin up, think positive, all that; all else being equal you'll do a lot better.

Welcome to the club. Best I can say is the more you read the better. Keep an open mind. This thing grows 24/7 so you have to consider doing things yourself between doctor consults and treatments. Dietary changes, etc. Kill those buggers.

It seems you've added some info in your bio - but things like a Gleason score (if you have it) are missing, and how long you were on ADT, and your original PSA number at diagnosis. Undetectable PSA as you have now is about as good as it gets, especially if the ADT has worn off and your testosterone has recovered. If that's the case - monitoring it regularly (I try for every 2-3 months at a minimum) is a good idea so you can keep on top of it if there is any change.

If you're recently off ADT, it can take up to 6 months after the end of the last shot's cycle (ie - 3 month shot, end of the cycle would be 3 months after the shot, so 6 months added to that means 9 months since the last shot) for T to return in any volume. If it does return say > 300ng/dl then you may see a bit of PSA return also (since you still have a prostate.)

Let us know the other missing numbers and I'm sure some people will have some insight into what you can expect.

Meanwhile - congrats on undetectable!
