Made a White Clam Pizza (Bechamel with Pecorino Romano cheese) after seeing it on "Beat Bobby Flay" my a.m. elliptical workout show
Did 10k hike, cuz F it all 😂

The nurse said about 4 or 5 days, I assume that they're having a 3rd party lab run the genetic panelHad a Color one done last Fall, and nothing found. MO wanted actual tissue sampled not saliva

So anyway , I said …. I know you’ll be anxiously awaiting those results back … I know I would. It’s like Carlosbach said below , you’re still very ambulatory and able to get out and jump into those fun QOL things easily , being that fit scares those PCa bugs and makes them skedaddle . I’d bet that TA has some great thoughts for you as well.
Even if you ever did run out of options … like my friend Mark ( Urang on this group ) , the V.A. sent him home to home hospice. He enjoyed puttering around his garden , computers and just plain the joy in life for an additional 3 years. Lived with PCa for 22 years, even back in the medieval treatment era for this disease.
You’ve done very nicely to this point…… even with those ole twists and turns, I suspect that you have a lot left in that ole life tank buddy , …. a “ lot “ more gas in your miles and smiles tank as well. Just say’in

Dockam - Pizza looks great - all the chemo in your case you were able to tolerate and has prolonged the life - you have been very positive and are doing much more than most people in terms of being active.... enjoy a few beers with your pizza....

Great QOL post. Made me get out in Florida sunshine this morning and walk 3+ miles. Only gained 3 pounds here so far. Quality of belly not so great.

Doc, I’m sorry your PSA went up. I hate that kind of news, so did Jims, now at 18. ! That’s what we did, came home, had a delicious dinner and watched “Where the crawdads sing”. Great book and wonderful movie❤️
