It suggests that ADT selects for a more aggressive phenotype. The same thing has been observed with chemotherapy. I have read articles where the use of chemotherapy selects for cancer stem cells that are resistant and capable of seeding new tumours.

I read this 3 times. I am still not sure but think it may be bad news. The list of doctors and scientists, Sloan Kettering. I’m sorry are they telling us their own drugs don’t work. Lol are they whistle blowers? I am frustrated with my confusion regarding this study and need to know. I lost the post but grateful it came up again and able to ask these questions.
