Hello Good People

Date 21/06/2021 i had PSA level 0.99 ,i did psma /pet/ ct ,no cancer signs even a suspicious 1cm in my right kidney and 2 Noduls 6mm on the right of my lung ofcourse i will check up with DT in October or December this year to see if any changes , 2 drs.in Sweden 1 he recommended psa test after 4 months and the other nr. 2 he will recommend Bicalutamide 150mg if my psa rising from 0.99.

What i did i wrote to the German oncology DR. telling him the the Swedish suggestion about my case. He told me to take bicalutamide 150mg again.

I took my PSA test 21/08/2021 It gave me 0.1ng/L it seems it work for me.

PSMA PET CT it costed nothing the reason we pay tax 30 -32 % but there are limitation from the the National Board of Health and Welfare when you get old like 80 years they have another treatment ????? no care this is why i have the opportunity to travel to Germany and save my life.

My brother he is 81 years the Swedish Dr.s refused for him the PSMA/PET/CT

Because he is old.

I hope the Swedish who are here to read my essay to be smart how they can manage their problems.

Nice to be here and iam happy to be here because i have been educated and i got warnings signals for my decease thanks.

I hope always the best for me and the best for you.

George

In spite of all bad mouthing..the fact remains that Bicalutamide is an effective anti androgen med with minimum side effects. I am on Bicalutamide for last 12 months.Swedish Doctors understand this better than their American counterparts.

Wow, you are not worried that your psa is approaching 2? You are not even considering getting a psma and moving to more potent drug? You have a lot of courage:-). I asked a very famous dr. At mount Sinai about casodex and he said no :-)

I monitor over a dozen other biomarkers and my performance status (5mile brisk walk each day) And soon I am getting Ga68 PSMA PET-CT. Yes.. PSA is approaching 2..but how do you know that most of it is not coming from my normal prostate tissue or from BPH tissue ? Do you have any method to tell for sure that this 1.7 PSA is in fact coming from cancer cells. I have prostate which is untouched by any treatment...so there are normal epithelial cells still there.

And even if it is coming from cancer cells...so what ? The speed of rise is very slow..it took 12 months to go up by 1.0. I can knock it down quickly by re-starting Lupron...but will wait till PSMA scan shows something. As for famous Doctors.. they are slaves of the same Onco Industrial complex and toe the official line. Those who fear too much are rewarded with more and more toxic treatments. Fear helps sale the stuff which normally will not sell. Ahk...Let me enjoy this quality of life as long as

possible....fearlessly. What if ..I am willing to die a few week earlier...

I am so sorry, I didn’t know you still have your prostate. You are correct, we wouldn’t know how much is coming from your normal prostate. You have a point there and I do wish you the best of luck in whatever treatments you choose.

Thank you. My PSA was 42 in 2013, 65 in 2015, 106 in 2016, 524 in 2017 and 830 in 2019..Before 2019, I never knew as my primary Doctor's Office forgot to inform me.In 2019, I started having urinary problems and that led to diagnosis.

This negligence by my Doctor's Office in fact turned out to be a blessing in disguise...If I knew in 2013 about high PSA...I would have seen a Uro or Oncologists and would have been in my 9th year of the poison..called Lupron ...Or by this time..I would have been Castration resistance..and post Chemo and God knows what else.

Sometimes, ignorance can be bliss...as I lived my life in absolutely blissful manner from 2013 to 2019.

I truly get what you are saying, but to be honest, I would have not have the courage to take your route. At a psa of 830, you didn’t have any Mets ? If you did, did they all disappear now? When my psa was .5, I did a psma at nih and found nothing so I waited until another psma found LN Mets when the psa rose to 1.89. It’s scary stuff and sometimes I regret waiting. I am glad your DT is long but as you know, the DT is not linear.

At PSA 830, my bone scan lighted like Christmas tree. But now, there are no light on the tree. An MRI of spine done 2 months ago read " There were numerous sclerotic lesions visible on MRI spine done in 2019...But now, all of those lesions have disappeared. .probably due to treatment." I saw the MRI myself. .nothing there now !
