Could the schwannomas on my prostate be mistaken for cancer on various scans?

I have schwannomas on my Prostate gland, [Schwannomatosis NF3], could they be 'diagnosed' as "Prostate Cancer" Adenocarcinoma grade 7, I have had irregular urinary flow since the start of the schwannomas in early 2020?

I have been diagnosed as having Prostate Cancer via a biopsy in June 2022, but I have Schwannomatosis NF3 [benign tumours that grow on the outside of my nerve canals] whereby I have two schwannomas on my prostate gland from early 2020, I thought they could be indirectly related to my diagnosis of Prostate cancer, I have had an irregular urinary flow since the start of the schwannomas in early 2020, a 'sign' of prostate cancer?

were the biopsies taken from those growths ? The growths were visible on what scans....if none, how were they diagnosed.? MRI?? That type of growth in the prostste has not been discussed here as far as I know...you see the lack of replies!! You can search on that using the HU search feature......also Google, and pubmed.com search.

What did you Doc(s) say about relationship to PCa diagnosis? You were told that those gropwths are causing your urinary problems...or that they might be causing? What is your prostate size?

I had a biopsy done in June 13th 2022, whereby these proved positive, all I am saying are these schwannomas on my prostate gland something to do with my diagnosis of Prostate Cancer. Ironically my questions will probably be answered tomorrow morning, my adenocarcinoma grade 7 diagnosis, my urology doctor is giving me a full update! I can actually feel the schwannomas on my prostate gland now, [originally about the size of a pea] although considerably reduced [they reduce in size, turning gelatinous after a short period of time, after circa age 60, I'm aged 66 now] My urinary problems started whilst in isolation from March 2020 [pandemic] They formed on the outside of my prostate gland, under my skin, as all schwannomas do form on nerve canals underneath the skin, usually leaving a small coffee mark on the skin [as a marker?] They originally tested me because of my urinary trouble, probably via my GP as he had actually seen those schwannomas in full 'prime' in March 2020, from then on in full isolation from then on! No other outside distinctive signs at present? I am due 20 radiotherapy sessions around Xmas!
