Gabapentin for 5 years now. Absolutely horrible for first couple of years. Foot neuropathy after chemo. It is now much better. Step by step, inch by inch.

Hey monte! I got the painful neauropathy in both hands and feet . It the worst at night . Doc gave me gabapentin and another but after reading the side effects I tossed them . Two months ago I Started the hand peddle and the recumbent bike at the gym . I get going pretty good . This really helps me . Good day ! ✌️

Yes. The night is the worst. And so is winter. My feet are cold right now. And numbness. Walk around and I don't notice it much.

For me with very tiny muscles left I have no insulation . Not much fat . I’m a rail .. I break out the parka at 55 degrees . After imrt both hot and cold get me . Now im like Goldilocks . Everything has to be just right! Thin is in! So I’m going with it…It’s Not like I have a choice . Take care monte.

I am also a Goldilocks. Keeping an eye out for the big bad wolf. I'm so thin, if I turn sideways, you can't see me. I remember the hot flashes. Jacket on, jacket off, jacket on, jacket off. So glad those days are over. What a long strange journey it's been. Take care, Scott, you and yours.
