Any Dr Geo Followers

Is anyone on here a follower of Dr Geo Espinoza in NYC? He is a proponent of "neutraceuticals" and has a very good following. He offers some pricey but reportedly quality supplement regimens for PCA patients at all stages. I am considering starting the ADT/Regimen 03. Curious as to anyone else's experience with him or the regimen I mention?

He has personally emailed me back on occasion, I think he is the real deal. If you have not heard of him, it is worth checking him out and deciding for yourself.

I saw the malecare video, and found it full of misinformation.

I would not know what parts are misinformation or not, but I respect all that you post TA. I like your blunt and to the point comments. Any advice as to what to look for to help combat the side effects of ADT? I need to exercise more but until I get home from work I am usually very tired. Add dinner to the mix and I am really, really tired. I tried coffee late afternoon and that did not help. I currently take Vitamin D and Calcium per the Urologist recommendation, nothing else specfic to APC. Curious about a clean Keto diet and HIIT exercising, Will try mornings if I cannot beat the early evening fatigue.

The only thing that I know that works is exercise. Both cardio and HIIT.

Keto causes fatigue.

Be careful about calcium.

Richard Wassersug just wrote a new edition of his ADT book. You may want to get in touch with him.

Thank you TA. I will stay away from Keto. I will look for that book.

It's hard to get up and exercise when you're ADT exhausted, but if you make the effort it will repay big time. By the end of a session (weights or walking) my mood and energy is always much better no matter how crappy I felt beforehand.

On this subject I always ask the question, ‘what specifically are you doing presently?’ A lot of guys say they have severe ADT fatigue despite exercising, but ‘exercise’ is as vague and arbitrary term as there is. What do your habits look like now?

Had Orchiectomy 8 years ago next week at age almost 65. *T* <2.5ng/dL a couple months ago(lab reports no lower). Went out at 12:38AM today and bicycled 45 miles on my 40+lb Rans Velocity Squared recumbent. Going to food store after posting this reply on my 40+lb. Day 6 Semi Recumbent and should be 12 more miles and then to Walmart for other things at 5 more miles. Felt like crap early this AM and feel like crap right now BUTT EXERCISE I MUST!!!!!

THANKS, I hear and agree, BUTT, haven't done it in almost 73 years of living and pretty sure my body would highly object.

I think the word is "nutriceuticals" as in nutrition. It is a made-up word trying to sound scientific. I would not entrust my care to a naturopathic "physician." That is a personal choice.

I had several meetings with Dr. Geo. He is part of NYU in Manhattan where I am being treated for metastatic prostate cancer. I do not take his recommended neutraceuticles. However, I follow his recommendations on diet…. which foods to avoid and which foods are beneficial for prostate cancer and for general good health.
