Well finally pluvicto 1 down. I think went smoothly. I am experiencing a fair amount of aching, presumably because of effect of treatment. I think bone pain. Tylenol helps alleviate it. Fatigue as well. similar effects?

I had fatigue when I had the Lu 177 PSMA treatment in 2016. Fatigue was short lived around 24 hours. I did not have bone mets so I did not have any skeletal pain. I did have some mild abdominal discomfort two days after the treatment.

The body pain is due to the acute effect of radiation, which occurs after pluvicto administration. The maximum pain typically occurs 48-72 hours after drug administration and most of the time it is self-limiting and subsides gradually. If pain is unbearable then you can take analgesic tablets SOS.
Subsequently, after one week you start seeing the effects of pluvicto with gradual improvement in quality of life and a decrease in pain score.
