Trouble urinating after fiducial placement

Anyone experienced difficulty urinating after fiducial placement? Placement Sept 30 (Tues). Couldn’t urinate 3hrs post insertion so RN tried to cath without anesth gel-severe pain and no go so was sent to ER. They got the job done with gel. Sent home next day after CT and MRI simulations for Proton therapy with indwelling cath. 4 hr miserable drive. Had severe bladder spasms with pain and removed catheter in shower for relief! Now since then stream is very small and difficulty starting. Was on Orgovyx two moths prior to fiducials. Not on it now. Terrible side effects- hot flashes 24/7, etc. Any thoughts on self cath etc. Started Cialis 5mg at night again to see if it would help with previous diagnosis of BPH. I’m a retired DO-72yr old. Not impressed with urologists here that don’t return calls…Any suggestions

Thank you. He actually was very little help. Before I removed it he suggested ibuprofen around the clock for a week and if no better see a urologist. Urinating better now -time heals. Also started Tadelafil 2.5mg at night which seems to be helping. Thinking about Flomax. Anyone with experience post fiducal urinary difficulty?
