My husband's PSA has been undetectable since shortly after he finished a course of Docetaxel and started Lupron in late 2017. His PSA was .11 today. Lupron has been his only treatment for all this time. Need some guidance please, as I've lost track of what treatment options are available now. Thank you!

As long as the PSA value is that low no treatment change is required. It will not stay undetectable forever anyway. You could wait until it raises above 2.0 ng/ml.
Has he had a PSMA-PET? His oncologist at some point discuss Pluvicto (Lu-177) depending upon PSA increase and PSMA-PET findings.
He could try adding a second generation inhibitor like Enzalutamide to see if it helps. For some men doing this brings the PSA back down for about 6 months or so. He could do another round of Chemo or try going straight to Pluvicto.
Yes ask about doublet therapy to add a second line oral medication.
Added apalutamide when Lupron alone was no longer effective for me. Kept my PSA very low for almost two years.
