 psma scan shows progression

I was diagnosed in 2018 with metastatic prostate cancer. Showed three spots on vertebrae and lymph node involvement. Started Lupron and casodex. PSA went to 0.9 stayed there for about 9 months until it went to 3.6. Scans then had showed vertebrae involvement had disappeared. Radiated prostate and lymph nodes. PSA then went to 0.13 stayed there for 2 years. PSA is now up to 0.3 and psma scan showed increased involvement in prostate and lymph nodes. Also showed the three vertebrae showed some activity. My doctor wants me to do taxotere and follow up with Lu177. Question is, is this a good game plan? Also sent blood sample in for genetic testing
