psa six weeks ago 7.9, started xtandi June 10th, two weeks psa rose to 13 .3, six weeks into taking extandi 21..3 . Am I overly anxious for it to work, most say it takes 3months to work, one posting took 6 months and more to work. How long before I know it will not work,am I expecting results too soon. Just afraid it will not work, having the side effects, how long before the psa reacts to it and goes down

Xtandi usually works little,if at all, after abiraterone. Why not taking Pluvicto, or Xofigo?

Muffin. Ask your dr if you might qualify for one of the Pluvico clinical trials. If you are approved the insurance questions become a non issue. No cost to patient.

He wants to do that after chemo, I think there is a trial for ones that have been on xtandi then chemo. Further treatment would be free on pluvico. How effective is pluvico, it will be available to this area in the fall ? Hiw bad is the side effects from that treatment ?
