Xofigo paused

good afternoon - desperately seeking advice

My dad has had his 3 round of xofigo , was scheduled for his 4th but platelets are at a 37.

he has gotten blood transfusion last week, they were at a 70 , now we are at a 37

We are doing the papaya leaves - trying to rebuild

They will not transfuse till they are a 10. Really trying to avoid getting there , I have read about stimulaates like nplate and doptelet, are these something I can ask Dr about - still willing to fight this battle for my dad .any any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

What a shock NO RESPONSES!!! I think it would be a good idea to re-post your question on another day..... I'm sorry to see that no one responded.... This is sort of fluke.... keep posting we need you.... Give my regards to your Dear Dad....

I know I figured I would have someone comment. My dad is now in the hospital , he got very weak last night and went by ambulance, gave him fluids and seems to be feeling some better. Still will not transfusion with HGB at 8.9 and platelets at 37 I m sure others have been here just would like some help on guidance

Post what you just did tomorrow and let's see if the guys pick up on it..... It's vacation time and lots of guys are gone (sorry but not an excuse just a fact). Again Regards to your DAD....
