Free PSA - Post RT

I know that pre-diagnosis Free PSA may be used as one predictor of PCa, and can influence whether one should pursue MRI / biopsy. My question is in the Post RT context when one still has a prostate and some minimal PSA is expected, does Free PSA have any inferential value?
