Help w/rising psa

Hi everyone, I’ve been on this site since my diagnosis in March 2020 never posted anything just took in all the information. Most of what I read is beyond my comprehension, but able to comprehend some of what I read. I’m currently on Lupron and xgeva. Copy of my most recent bone scan.RADIONUCLIDE WHOLE-BODY BONE SCAN

CLINICAL INDICATION: Bone metastases (HCC)

PROCEDURE: Following IV administration of 26.9 mCi of technetium 99-m methylene diphosphonate (MDP),

scans of the entire skeleton were obtained in the anterior and posterior projections.

COMPARISON: Bone scan 10/12/2021

FINDINGS: There is increased tracer activity observed in the shoulders, wrists, and spine,

consistent with degenerative changes. As seen previously, there are multifocal hypermetabolic foci

seen throughout the bony pelvis, particularly along the acetabular roofs and ischial tuberosities.

There appears to be a new satellite focus more cephalad in the left iliac bone.. There is normal

tracer activity in both kidneys and in the urinary bladder.

Impression

IMPRESSION:

Multiple bony pelvis metastases, slightly progressed in the left iliac bone compared to the prior

study.

My psa at dx 40….

Obviously my psa is going up I’m in the Chicago area wondering what some of you would do if anything with these results. I’m 56 with 4 college kids. I’m sure there will be more info needed, but anything someone could add would be greatly appreciated.

What treatment are you on,or treatments have you had?

Do these Mets cause you pain?

As a fellow wounded warrior I don't have any solutions, but at 54 I can say I know the feeling.
