Well, I'm already hitting the gym three times a week. I hope it provides a cancer fighting benefit. At least I'll be fit when I need more aggressive treatment options. I'm also reminded that ADT can have adverse cardio effects or push one towards diabetes. I don't want those problems on top of prostate cancer.

I used to be a runner. Haven't even tried that in a long time.

One of my principles. My wife loves to hike. My younger boy and my older boy both love weights and sports. I'm still trying to figure out what the middle one likes. Does super smash bros on the switch count?
