An early report from the magnitude trial. Looks pretty good. Janssen is hoping this combination will become SOC for those with HRR mutations. I am in another arm of the trial where we all get the combination. I am BRCA2. Its about 14 months now. Scans show no growth. PSA sitting 1-2 from an initial 25.

Thanks for posting. I was in the blinded trial for 8 months when new tumors appeared and the trial ended. I’m pretty sure I was on the placebo arm. I’m BRCA2, going to see if I can get Niraparib because I was in the trail.
What side effects did you get from the Niraparib?
Also BRCA2 and was treated with Olaparib prior to being FDA approved. It kept my PSA undetectable for almost 2 years before it ran it's course. I was told that going on to another PARP would not be effective for me as they work similarly. I hope that we will find out that a combo PARP therapy will be an effective option for those of us who already were on a PARP previously.
Thanks for the info. What did you go on after the PARP?
Participated in several clinical trials which unfortunately were not effective. Started chemo 2 weeks ago using combo Cabazitaxl and Carboplatin. Hoping it will help.
I have been trying to find the next viable therapy after PARP failure. But have found nothing so far, other than this combo chemo treatment.
Happy that it seems to be working well for you.👍🙏
