Results for the last three tests (most recently 4th Jan) have been exactly PSA 0.02 T 0.5 TSH 1.8-2.2

I continue on Lupron 30mg q4 months and Erleada 240mg daily. I will be seeing my MO on the 10th Jan and so far other than the overall fatigue and some joint pain, the side effects feel minimal. I would like this to continue for a long time.

When was dx and when did you start double blockade?....i ask because im five years into same treatmen but trending other direction....so you could go lower ....02....nothing to sneeze at..Achhhhew

First truly diagnosed in Oct 2019 with the biopsy and results and then surgery in Nov of the same year. As the lymph nodes were positive, I waited for the PSMA scan in I think April 2021, which revealed distant mets in the abdomen and after that I started on the Lupron/Erleada and after that the PSA/T dropped to the current levels.
