Good choice, I tried various CBD products and none worked for me, however THC works great for me

I here by 2nd that Amen ha. Sativa and Sativa dominant strains/hybrids to my liking.

I prefer the Indica strain. Puts me down and keeps me down

Yeah, I think the Sativa dominant strains would tend to energize rather than sedate.

I smoke right before bed and 10mg edible. The smoke makes me fall asleep and the edible kicks in while sleeping and keeps me asleep
