CBD OIL FOR SORE KNEES

On two occasions my knees have started to experience pain from over exertion due to exercise and playing golf. Both times I have rubbed on CBD oil and have experienced an almost a miraculous relief from the pain that lasts weeks. Just putting it out there your experience may be different, but for now I am happy to share the CBD oil seems to work for me... God Bless you all and keep on fighting....

Awesome! Works for me too. For me it's my spine. Lasts from a few hours to a couple of days depending on whatever whoknows 🤷 the best for pain relief for me is the CBD with either 1:1 or 1:3 ratio THC. (Cleared with my MO) They can't cure the beast but at least I can try to improve my QOL. Happy St Paddy's Day to those who celebrate ☘️
