After getting MRI and seeing the RO he recommended the radiation. But one MO said chemo 2 weeks after radiation and the other said 2 days so which is correct?

Radiation does not help in any other way than just control the pain from mets. Real treatments are needed to slow progression both medical and complementary. This is my Oncologists opinion...

Hello,. I have Mets in my legs, spine, arms and a few more. You can look at my profile. My MO told me he would recommended that I see an RO and do some structure beam radiation to my upper arms and femurs (I had arm bone pain and numbness and leg pain). They did beam radiation to arms and legs. That brought relief, but not all the numbness and leg pain went away if I stood at one place very long. I am in the process of 6 sessions of chemo (taxotere--3rd session today.). After the first session by spine pain and leg pain has lessened. I had my radiation the last 10 days of June, went to Alaska the end of July into Aug. Started chemo Aug 26th. I did not have any radiation on my spine, but if they recommend it I would do it. This is what I did and am not saying it is what everyone should do. The radiation is more palliative to help control pain and keep the bones weakening. My experience.

Best wishes for you.

Old school...

When You fed up, could try ready formulations with DMSO like indomethacin from Sopharma- of phytotherapeutic drug extracts in 70% DMSO topically.

Radiowaves have good propagation parameters in bones.

Do you have any bone mets?

Hello,

do not going each month to CT. Pacified some suspicious bone pain with indomethacin and pemf. Will have CT screen after week. Still obsessed with more holistic questions.

And- Rockefeller once financed a fever therapy for bone cancer. Could be perhaps modified by localised onkotermia.
