Hi

I am an otherwise healthy 67 year old

After failed Bracytherapy and Salvage Prostatectomy metastasis to lymph nodes largest 6.4cm and bone involvement T11 in spine.

Also have stage 4 follicular non Hodgkinson lymphoma.

Looking at LU177 as next line of treatment any thoughts.

Ian

I think it is a good choice. It is a systemic treatment, it will treat the bone and lymph nodes metastases. it has been shown to offer a survival advantage in heavy pretreated patients.

You may consider to have a 18F FDG PET/CT and a PSMA PET/CT to see how much cancer if any does not express PSMA.

Hi Had 2 previous PSMA PET/CT which showed emissions when my PSA was low. Think I will need to update it before we start.

Is your bloodwork adequate for that?

My bloods have been fine and I tolerated the 6 rounds of Docetaxal and 10 of cabizataxal.

Having been on placebo olaparib combined with Alberiterone is there anyone offering this as standard line of treatment.

Not yet. There was a recent press release about the combination:

But everyone in the trial was chemo-naive. So IDK if NHS will let you have it when they approve it.

Have you had genetic testing? It could help provide viable treatment options.

HiI was enrolled for the Bar Code trial at the Royal Marsden which was a DNA genetic stingy which came back al clear. Also enrolled in Maestro trial at Royal Surrey where they analysis molecularly profile through biopsy of cancer cells. I don’t get the results for another 6-9 weeks.

In the meantime I have been off any treatment since April apart from 3 monthly hormone jabs.

Everyone has always said hit it hard and fast and I am frustrated at sitting on the side lines watching the nodes increase in size and spreading including the new spread to my spine.

Take a look at the FB group Treating Prostate Cancer using frequency facebook.com/groups/1017331...

Wow!

I’m speechless. I knew opening up a Facebook link would more than likely exhibit quackery but that takes the cake.

So, have any of the members who have refused surgery, radiation, chemo and taken only “frequency” treatment with recommended diet actually had prostate cancer? Or are all the members on Active Surveillance? Someone like me would be dead in a couple months.

What a dangerous rabbit hole to go in.

You’re not even recommending it as complimentary. Just as a single treatment. Are the members allowed to use hormone therapy?

This is from your Facebook page:

Welcome to our group. The purpose of this group is to educate people in how to use frequency to kill prostate cancer, we do not promote surgery, chemo or radiation . We promote using food as medicine and using supplements to rebuild your body and immune system. Be respectful and keep the discussion centered on learning about frequency and cancer. Inappropriate questions of remarks will be removed, if it becomes a habit, you will be removed from the group. If you do not want to learn about frequency, this is the wrong group for you

You should consult dr. ishitasen and take her opinion on that. She is currently the head of the department of nuclear medicine & molecular imaging at fmri India. Her email ID is dr.ishitasen@nuclearmedicinetherapy.in
