Hello,

I too faced the same choice. What comes after the ARPI drugs like Xtandi (enzalutamide) when they start to fail? I was fortunate enough to get into a clinical trial investigating the use of radiopharmaceutical drugs like Lutetium-177 BEFORE chemotherapy. It has certainly worked for me. Other than a little fatigue no side effects. It is definitely worth looking into. Many countries outside North America are successfully using radiologand therapy and have been for many years. Hope that helps!

When Xtandi starts to fail, some people try the BAT approach to get it to work once more.

Hello,

Small world, I live in the Fraser Valley. The Lutetium trial I am just completing is called SPLASH. It is being run by the clinical trial team at the B.C. Cancer Agency on Tenth Avenue. The trial involved fairly frequent visits to Vancouver roughly every two weeks for bloodwork, scans, and meetings with medical staff. If you live in Vancouver it will be a lot easier for you than it was for me. I live about 110 kms east of the BCCA. You can search for clinical trials on “clinical trials.gov”. Talk to your oncologist. You want his or her approval. Good luck! 🤞
