Anyone here have any swelling as side effect from Xofigo! When first diagnosed in 2016 a mass off 8th rib right side is what started this journey! His back was protruding from it! It has been reduced on all scans! Back hurting again and taking pain pills! The lump is noticeable again! Have called oncologist. Thought this treatment went to bones. Thanks in advance

Temporary inflammation is expected from radiation to the bones. Medrol dose pack or NSAIDs may help.
