My father has been taking HONVAN for past two weeks and he developed painful gynecomastia and skin rashes for past 3-4 days. Currently we have stopped the honvan tablet until we get next appointment with the MO.

The gynecomastia would be a normal reaction to estrogen therapy. It appears rash can be one of many other side effects of fosfestrol, which is no longer used for PC therapy in the US (and most of the world, for that matter)... oral estrogens in higher doses can have complications far worse than the ones you mention. There is now a preference for transdermal application (patches, gels, etc.) to reduce blood clots, etc. that can come with oral dosing of estrogen-type meds.
But if the Honvan is continued, the gynecomastia can be (usually) relieved by taking 10 mg tamoxifen daily. Be aware that your father will still be at higher risk for some other complications, however.
