Spiraling Advice

I am looking for some advice in controlling my disease. I have failed most all Standards Of Care including Zytiga + pred, a rechallenge of zytiga with Dex, LU-177, xtandi, Docetaxel (Taxotere), Cabazitaxel, and Taxal. It seems now I have liver metastasis which were noted on a CT Scan and reflected in my blood work. So no more Taxotere. Tomorrow I have a MRI to focus on the abdomen and pelvis. I also have lymph node and bone mets which are more active. PSA has always been low but now at a high of 22.

Any ideas on treatment to the liver?

If on outer edges, sometimes radioembolization can be used.

Have you had genetic testing?

Look at my prev link on IRE. Nano Knife. There has been success w Prostate, Kidney, and Pancreas. Possibly could work on liver? Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York has experience in this newer medical surgical device. Hoping for the best of what is available for you.
