I mentioned I will update you all with my father’s bone and CT scan results. We got a call from the doctor today and he gave us the good news that the scans showed no signs of progression and everything looks the same as it did in 2019. He also mentioned that my dad’s lung spots got smaller. So he came to the conclusion that my dad will stay on Zytiga and they will monitor his PSA. My question is, my father’s PSA is still rising, why is that? Is it a good idea to still continue Zytiga?

Thanks for the update. PSA is just one biomarker. Sometimes metastases put out more; sometimes less. The important thing is the size and number of metastases. That's good news.
