How long does it take for Zytiga to work?

PSA was undetectable after RP and RT I 2018 till beginning 21. Now quickly going up. PSMA showed a single bone lesion in the right ilium. Started Zytiga in May but after 1 month PSA went up from 6 to 10. MO says it can happen that it takes some time for Zytiga to work. Anyone else that it took a while to get PSA down?

It took a good three months for me. Also it took nearly six for my PSA to become undetectable.

I just started Zytiga. Be aware that there can be a "bounce" in PSA at the beginning. I made the mistake of checking too early. Told to wait 3 months now. You can Google this and read about it. Well known. Patience!

Thanks, didn't know that there can be a bounce in the beginning. Otherwise feeling great, so was a bit of a disappointment to see PSA going up.
