I am not sure what to make of my CEA test results. It has been hovering between 8-9 for the last 7 months since I started ADT. They have never measured it before so I am not sure if it has anything to do with ADT or not. My MO had me do a colonoscopy 5 months ago and it came back negative for colon cancer and no family history of colon cancer, two polyps which they were removed and asked to come back in 3 years.
Should I ignore this and don’t stress over it or investigate further?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

I am no kind of expert in colon cancer but I was given to understand that it is a very slow growing cancer and takes about five years to move from detectable to dangerous. If you're getting a colonoscopy every three years then, If I understand what the doctor told me, they should be able to see it and cut it out before it can become dangerous.
If I were you I'd also get a fecal occult blood test every year. You put a sheet of paper under the toilet seat, have a bowel movement, and then use a little tube and tool that are part of the kit to extract a bit of the stool. You insert it in the tube and mail it to the lab, getting a result in a week or two. It's non-invasive, easy to do at home, and is supposedly now above 90% accurate.
