This is the Snuffy Myers’ video I was referring to. His comments regarding vegetables to avoid when using low dose Estradiol patches start at the 2 minute 50 second mark although the entire video is worth viewing.

OK...So Honorable Dr Myers is saying "Eating a lot of cabbage can decrease the estrogen level which is accomplished by transdermal estr ogen patch"Now, H2 receptor blockers such as Cimetidine (tagamet) or Famotidine does the reverse..increase Estrogen level.. This can counteract the effects of vegetables mentioned. I know Dr Myers used to prescribe H2 receptor blockers to most of his patients.
